This website, alexlandscaping.net, is operated by Alex Landscaping and Lawn Services Inc ("we", "us", "our"), a landscaping and site-work business based at 6167 Overseas Highway, Marathon, FL 33050, serving the Florida Keys. We are the party responsible for the information you share on this site. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you fill out the estimate request form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your property address (optional)
• The service you're interested in
• Any project details you type into the message box

When you submit the form, our system also automatically records your IP address and your browser's user-agent string (which browser and device you used). We record these to help prevent spam and abuse of the form. We do not ask for or collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or government IDs on this site.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your estimate request, follow up about your project, and provide our landscaping services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to receive and handle your estimate request. They only process your information to provide their service to us:

• Resend (resend.com) — delivers your form submission to us as an email.
• Google / Gmail — the inbox that receives your estimate request ([email protected]).
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and processes the form submission. Cloudflare also handles your IP address as part of serving the site.
• Google Fonts — this site loads fonts hosted by Google, which means Google may receive your IP address when the page loads.

Beyond these providers, we only disclose information if legally required to do so (for example, in response to a valid subpoena or court order).

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run advertising trackers.

Data retention

We keep your estimate request and related correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and legal requirements, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will take care of it. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information — and we do not sell personal information.

Children

This site and our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
